My current work centers on two areas: sales execution and business analysis with process automation. On the commercial side, I structure outreach and follow up workflows, maintain pipeline discipline, and ensure opportunities move forward with clear next steps. Internally, I contribute to simplifying processes through AI enabled automation and operational improvements, mainly by organising inputs, strengthening documentation, and keeping execution consistent across the team.
